No, plans are only usable from the registered phone(s). If you need to use the plans from another phone including your cell, you must egister those numbers and purchase plans for them separately.

However, you can request a calling card and take advantage our low rates and use them from any phone in the USA. Calling cards can be used by dialing a toll free access number. Additional charges apply when using toll free numbers.(see rate table)
