When you select one or more plans, you can make calls to the countries included in those plans with the minutes provided with the plans.

If you chose to call any other destination that is not included in the plan(s), out-of-plan rates apply.

Also, if you exceed the number of minutes included in the plan(s) for the countries in the plans, out-of-plan rates apply.
